Courtney, thank you for this podcast. So with the increasing shadow of an American public that has been overwhelmingly wrongly eating carbohydrate-centric meals instead of correctly eating predominantly fat/ketone-centric meals, what do you feel are a few of our next best steps as a global community? You're welcome. Really interesting question. I would love to tell the world what to do! In the next newsletter, I'll talk about what can help individually and to that, (given your question), I'll weave in considerations for our global community. Interestingly the US doesn't have the highest rate of Alzheimer's. Finland, the Netherlands, Albania and others are higher.
