This is such a hard one for me: saying no. When we become unselfish I look at that as a big success and giving and serving others is a beautiful way to be. Perhaps I need a better balance though. I will work on it. Thanks for the great message you definitely do rock doc! :)
Thank you, Shawn. I do think it's a balance. I know when I'm out of balance, I start to feel irritated, fatigued or overwhelmed, forgetting that I actually have a choice in what I say "yes" to. What we say "Yes" and "No" to, can also depend on who's asking and what the relationship is. Thank you for commenting.
