This episode on suicide is incredible and so helpful; my childhood best friend and I were both exposed to mold and a toxic yeast-filled diet along with trauma (and undermethylation, most likely) and he ended up choosing to end his life - I truly wish he had access to this info and I pray his soul is free now.
Reading this is helping to heal my inner child who didn't understand why he and I were so miserable. I am so thankful for you Dr Snyder! I will be sharing far and wide.
Carlen, I'm so glad this was meaningful. When I was young, I had a friend die by suicide as well. I appreciate your thoughts and reflection on this. Thank you for commenting and sharing.
I am sending love to you and your friend, who would be so proud of the important holy work you are doing now.
I really appreciated the aspect of the episode where you commented on the term “committing” as a negative incriminating toned verb when it comes to this topic.
That was such a brilliant reframe and made me think of the larger issue in society where we are taught our mental health issues are some kind of personal failure, as opposed to being a message of imbalances within.
Thank you for shining your light so others may find the path ❣️🌞
