This was helpful to see the difference on a meter, thank you. I am very interested in more posts from you on the effects of EMFs and what we can do to mitigate.

Courtney, thank you for continuing to educate on these topics that most people would never know or understand. My daughter Lisa has encouraged me to turn on air plane mode when I sleep to protect me from this. I appreciate both of you for helping us protect ourselves!

You are a a blessing to all who come into your circle!

Thank you, Mary Ann, for your kind comments. You bring up an important point about sleep. EMF can impact sleep significantly. Many people notice a big difference by turning off their phone and even turning off wifi( if they have it) during the night. Thank you again, for your support.

I know that 5-10 years back the people at the Silicon Valley Health Institute (www.svhi.com) were keenly interested in EMF exposure, particularly Steve Fowkes. This is definitely a topic that I would be interested in learning more about as it would appear that, at least for the near term, its presence will be on the rise until legislation is introduced to restrict it.

Thank you, Rob. I look forward to sharing more. Cell phone companies are very powerful in this country. Unfortunately, I suspect it will be some time before there will be restrictions. If before I do share more, you are wanting some information, the Environmental Health Trust is a good resource.
