An electrically De-Energized sleep sanctuary is very important for natural sleep.

I knew about melatonin by not all of the other events that go on during sleep that you mentioned. Abraham Lincoln did not have any of the man made electromagnetic interferences with his sleep that we have today.

Back in 2015 I had a client who could not sleep (severe insomnia): she was a DO. Her husband was a MD neurologist specializing in "sleep studies": he tried all of his techniques to help her sleep better w/o success.

I was hired and I suggested they do this;

1. Turn WiFi OFF at night and keep cell phones OUT of bedroom

2. Turn OFF circuit breakers for any and all circuits that put a measurable electric field on the bed.

RESULT: the DO wife was now sleeping like a baby with lots of extra energy during the day. He husband MD neurologist was totally baffled by the simplicity of the sleeping sanctuary I had created for his wife: but he was very happy about it.

So why is so-called modern medicine so ignorant of the effect of man made EMF on the body especially during sleep?

Thank you, Eric for sharing this great story and the video. Do you still advise your clients to turn off the phone (or put in airplane mode) if possible? I personally can still feel it on the other side of the house and would expect even for most people for their to be an impact even if not noticeable.

Right: totally OFF is best but many clients don't know how to to do that or are afraid of doing it so start with keeping the cell phone OUT of the bedroom.

If they start to feel positive result they may follow my more effective solutions like turning the phone OFF. If I make it too difficult for them at the start they may never do any of it and claim it is hopeless or unrealistic to do what I suggest.
